Your ticket is NOT confirmed unless your payment is completed with a debit/credit card.
For Blockbuster Movies: Tickets booked one (1) day or more than one day in advance, please collect your ticket at least One (1) Day before showtime. For same day bookings, please collect your tickets One (1) Hour before showtime.
For Normal Movies: Please collect your tickets One (1) Hour before showtime.

Kindly note that all completed and confirmed transactions CANNOT BE CANCELLED OR REFUNDED under any circumstances.
Any changes to your booking can only be made by going directly to the ticketing counter, at least 2 hours before the movie showtime you originally booked. This is subject to seat availability of the movie and/or showtime that you want to change to.
The Management reserves the right to, in unavoidable circumstances, make changes to or cancel the movie and/or movie show times at without prior notice.

Patrons are advised to take note and abide by the film rating set by the Brunei Censorboard, Ministry of Home Affairs and its governing rules, and the regulations set by The Mall Cineplex.
PROOF OF AGE is required for X16 films during purchase and/or collection of tickets at Ticket Collection Point/Box Office Counter and/or by the Usher before entry into the cinema.
Seat reservation for movie tickets purchased via mall-ticket.com is on a best available basis and is carried out by a prescribed computer program. By purchasing movie tickets via mall-ticket.com you agree that: (a) You will accept the seat reserved for each ticket purchased; and (b) We make no warranties or representations to you that you will be seated in a particular seat, row or section of the relevant cinema. (c) You agree that we may at our discretion, refuse to sell movie tickets to you or withdraw any movie tickets from sale via mall-ticket.com.
